Dr. Anthony O’Neill, CEO

Dr. Anthony O’Neill qualified at the Royal Free Hospital. A former General Medical Practitioner (GP) for over 20 years, Anthony has gained extensive experience working in Dermatology Clinics. His specialist knowledge of skin disorders and minor surgery has allowed him to extend his expertise into the area of minor surgery and aesthetic medicine. He is a full member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine, (BCAM).

Anthony and Jenny are advanced medical practitioners in this field and are widely sought after to participate in the development of new treatments and products through clinical trials.

Jenny O’Neill RGN, CEO

Jenny O’Neill qualified at University College Hospital, London. Most of Jenny’s nursing career has been in the field of medicine, with a special interest in Dermatology. Jenny has comprehensive experience in the beauty, cosmetic and hairdressing industry working for L’Oreal for 8 years as the Product Development and Logistics Manager. She is regularly asked to speak at professional conferences across the UK and is a full member of the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses, (BAMAN).

Heléna Garraghan, Clinic Manager

Heléna holds a BA (Hons) degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Leeds. Following graduation, she completed a Retail Management Scheme in Cambridge, gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of business operations. Since then, Heléna has applied her skills across various sectors, however, her true passion lies in the Medical Aesthetics industry.

As Clinic Manager, Heléna oversees daily operations, coordinates appointments, responds to queries, and enhances the clinic’s online presence through website development and social media management. She also writes a monthly column for a local magazine, covering a wide range of topics within the field of aesthetics, beauty, and skin health.

Rosie Grant, Senior Aesthetic & Beauty Therapist

Rosie is a qualified Beauty Therapist, having achieved her NVQ Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Beauty Therapy from Suffolk New College in 2011.

With over a decade of experience, Rosie has expanded her expertise through advanced training in ALLSKIN|MED. She also specialises in a range of treatments, including semi-permanent makeup (SPMU) for eyebrows, radiofrequency skin tightening and resurfacing, dermaroller and EDS medical microneedling, microdermabrasion, Dermalux LED therapy, and intimate waxing.

She especially enjoys technical treatments such as SPMU, nail art, and Novalash lash extensions, where she can express her creativity.

Eve Whiting, advanced beauty and skin therapist

Eve is a qualified Beauty Therapist, having achieved her Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy Treatments through iTEC in 2019.

With a background in spa therapy, Eve is expertly trained in massage, including deep tissue techniques, as well as advanced facials. With 4 years’ experience as an ALLSKIN|MED Specialist, she is dedicated to providing results-driven treatments and bespoke skincare advice, helping clients feel confident in their skin. Her training includes EDS medical microneedling, radiofrequency skin tightening and resurfacing, and microdermabrasion.

 Eve also loves providing the full range of beauty services, including lash lifts and classic lash extensions, waxing, tinting, manicures, pedicures, and ear piercings, and takes pride in creating a relaxing experience.

Nikki Dean, Marketing & PR Consultant

Nikki qualified with a BA (hons) in English Studies from Nottingham University and, after a few years teaching in Nottingham, moved back to Suffolk in 2007 and set up Feast Marketing.

Nikki has been a highly valued member of the team since 2008 and is responsible for all matters relating to Marketing and PR. From special offers and magazine articles to press releases, Nikki expertly takes care of this area of the business.
