The first step towards receiving any medical aesthetic treatment at Suffolk Medical & Beauty Clinic is to book a consultation with either our doctor or nurse.
This consultation involves:
- A detailed discussion about your concerns and goals
- A review of your medical history
- An assessment of your suitability for the treatments we offer
The consultation allows us to recommend the most suitable treatment for your individual needs.
2. Treatment Suitability & Right to Refuse
We pride ourselves on ethical, patient-focused care. Following your consultation, we may advise against treatment if it is:
- Medically unsuitable
- Not expected to meet your expectations
- Requested by someone underage or deemed inappropriate
In such cases, your medical practitioner will clearly explain the reasoning during your consultation. We reserve the right to decline treatment at our discretion.
3. Payments
- We accept cash and all major debit/credit cards.
- Payment plans or financing options are not available.
- Full payment is required at the time of treatment.
4. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
- We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. To support this, we send appointment reminders 48 hours in advance via your preferred method of contact.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not provided for treatments that have been carried out, unless deemed necessary by the clinic under exceptional circumstances.
