Dermal fillers help to revitalise the skin, restore lost volume and fullness and reduce the appearance of unwanted wrinkles.
As we get older, our skin tends to lose elasticity due to our collagen levels decreasing. Dermal fillers are made of hyaluronic acid, which bind to water under the skin providing a plumping effect.
They are excellent for volume replacement and mid-face rejuvenation, making the skin appear more youthful. Before any facial contouring treatment, your skin will be assessed by one of our medical team.

Tear Trough Rejuvenation
Tear Troughs are the dark circles or hollows that can appear under the eyes, which give the appearance of being very tired. However, they can be treated very successfully non-surgically, using dermal fillers.
Dermal fillers can improve the appearance of dark circles by plumping out the skin and restoring the lost volume, giving you a refreshed appearance. We prefer to use Puresense Redensity 2 or Revanesse® in this area, as we get excellent, long-lasting results with these products. Following treatment, you can expect to see an improvement in the skin tone of this area and for the effects to feel smooth and hydrated.
What to expect
Treatment Length: 30 – 40 minutes
Downtime: Usually none
Results Last: 1 year +
Temple Hollows Sculpting
This is an area of the face that is often overlooked by clients, and some practitioners too! Hollowing of this temple area can lead to a narrowing of the face at eye level, and also gives the appearance of the eyebrow disappearing ‘off the edge’ of the face.
Plumping out this area with dermal fillers gives the face a much more youthful appearance, and supports the outer part of the eyebrows, increasing their visibility and attractiveness.
What to expect
Treatment Length: 30 – 40 minutes
Downtime: Usually none
Results Last: 1 year +
Cheek and mid-face Contouring
Over time the face loses fat, causing the cheeks to become flat. This can result in a ‘sunken-in’ look which can make us appear older than we are. Dermal fillers can treat this by defining and sculpting the cheeks, replacing lost volume. They can also lift areas lower down the face, such as the nasolabial folds (lines from the nose to the mouth), which helps to create an overall more youthful and rejuvenated appearance.
What to expect
Treatment Length: 30 minutes
Downtime: Usually none
Results Last: 1 year +
Lower Face Shaping
Dermal fillers can treat these areas by defining and sculpting the jawline, restoring/creating structure in the chin. Replacing lost volume will help to lift the jowl area to create an overall more youthful and rejuvenated appearance.
What to expect
Treatment Length: 30-40 minutes
Downtime: Temporary swelling/bruising
Results Last: 1 year +
Full Face Rejuvenation
Full-face rejuvenation, also described as the ‘8-point left’ involves subtly reshaping and redefining the face, replacing lost volume for a firmer and more lifted appearance.
Treatment is individualised for each patient to achieve the most natural result – you can expect to look refreshed, rejuvenated and more youthful without the downtime, cost or risk involved with surgery.
What to expect
Treatment Length: 60 – 90 minutes
Downtime: Temporary swelling/bruising
Results Last: 18 months +

Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any side-effects?
As with any procedure that involves needles or cannula, there is a chance of bruising, and/or swelling in the treated area. This is usually temporary, and settles within a few days. Other, less common, possible side effects are full discussed with the client before any treatment is performed.
Do the injections hurt?
All of our clients are surprised at how comfortable these procedures are. We often use a cannula, which minimises bruising, and the product itself has lidocaine (local anaesthetic) in it, so it numbs after one or two seconds.
How many treatments will I need?
Dermal fillers are not permanent and overtime your body naturally breaks down the additional hyaluronic acid. Therefore, we advise booking in top up treatments to maintain your results. You will be provided with a detailed treatment plan and aftercare information during your initial consultation.
How safe are dermal fillers?
Dermal fillers are incredibly safe when administered by a fully qualified and medical professional. Hyaluronic acid is a substance that occurs naturally in the body and we only use FDA approved products with an excellent safety record.
What if I do not like it?
I’m sure that you will! However, as with all of the hyaluronic acid fillers that we use, it can be dissolved using a product called hyaluronidase (Hyalase®), which works within a few hours of injecting it.
